1) FIRST AND FOREMOST - please keep us in prayer! This renovation is a formidable task but not impossible with God and Godly helpers. . .
2) ADOPT A MATTRESS - we now need only 64 (out of 160) new bunk bed mattresses at approx. $62 each. If you can sponsor one or more, that would be a tremendous contribution to the ministry. Our goal is to have the total, approx. $4,200, to be able to purchase these mattresses during the 2006 season.
3) ADOPT A DORM, SHOWER, FLOWER BED, LAWN or whichever part of the camp interests you. You and/or your group can adopt an area of the camp that can be yours to help maintain. The flowerbeds especially need serious attention.
4) Donate your new or gently used queen mattresses and box spring (1 set), twin mattress and box spring (4 sets), full mattress and box spring (3 sets). We would also consider sturdy bunk beds.
5) Donate your new or gently used full/double or twin bedspreads.
6) Donate new or gently used twin and full sheets, bath towels and/or washcloths.
7) You and/or your partner churches/ministries can come for a mission trip/retreat and use part of your time to minister by working, and then be ministered by seeing the venues at The Great Passion Play and all the other wonderful things Eureka Springs has to offer. We can exchange your work time at the camp for the lodging and meals.

Some of the projects you can do are:
a) build shelter for oven units and patio on east side of main dorm building.
b) build wheelchair ramps for the homes and dorms; roofed porch for The Getaway; deck and handrails for the Wilma House.
c) pave driveway at entrance, to homes, and to dorm/RV Park area.
d) painting:
i) repair, sand and repaint picnic tables
ii) DINING HALL: a) remove old tablecloths, paint tabletops and replace tablecloths with vinyl runners. b) scrape wood chips from dining room floor, level the floor and replace with cement. c) install ductwork from air conditioner unit across entire ceiling of dining hall (about 30 feet of 10x5 duct), new flooring in prep area and south dining hall.
iii) ceilings of shower areas
iv) Paint dorm-sleeping areas.
v) Outside of all buildings.
vi) Repair, replace or paint ceiling tiles in entire Main Dorm building.
e) yard work: flower beds, raking and/or blowing leaves, weeding, mowing, cut down several trees and stumps, cleaning up branches and leaves
f) weatherizing the dorms and houses (insulation, plugging up holes)
g) interior decorating (country style)
h) repair shower areas on North side of Main Dorm (remove sheet rock, repair leaks, replace fixtures and studs if necessary, replace with stone sheetrock, re-cover with fiberglass and trim), new tile or linoleum.
i) replace carpeting in dorms.
j) donate statues of "The Good Shepherd" with sheep, images, paintings
k) build a pavilion and kitchen area for Northwoods Dorm
l) remodel "Brewner's Bungalow"

8) Do you know any honest, reliable electricians, construction workers, repair people, road pavers who are willing to donate their time to a ministry? We need their names! We have plenty for them to do, too!

You may write your check in English or Spanish, the bank will recognize either one.
